By using Toasty, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Toasty is provided as-is for personal use. You may use the app to set alarms, complete missions, and track your wake-up habits. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.

Subscriptions

Toasty requires a paid subscription to use its core features and does not offer a free tier. Purchases are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can cancel subscriptions anytime via your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

Toasty is an alarm clock app and is not a medical device. We are not responsible for any consequences of missed alarms. Use Toasty alongside other timekeeping methods for critical wake-up needs.
